- You never need an account to start playing.
- As a guest, your seat is remembered by this browser only. If you switch device, clear browsing data or use a private window, you lose access to your game.
- One HexSwan account works for every HexSwan game.
- We show other players only your username and display name, never your email.
- Games are kept while people play them. A game nobody has touched is deleted automatically: a lobby that never started after 7 days, a game in progress after 60 days, and a finished game 90 days after it ended.
Minors and parental supervision
Minors should participate with the knowledge and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who assesses whether the game is suitable for the child. Where required by applicable law, use of online features and processing of personal data require the necessary parental consent. Users and guardians must comply with applicable law. This provision does not limit any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
